By Car

The venue is situated just off the A528, approximately seven miles north of Shrewsbury. Sat-nav postcode: SY4 3DL. Complimentary parking is available for all guests.

By Train

Shrewsbury station is well connected from Birmingham, Manchester, and London Euston (via a change at Birmingham New Street). A taxi from the station to the venue takes approximately fifteen minutes.

What is the dress code?

Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear morning dress (tails). Ladies, we invite you to wear formal day dresses — hats and fascinators are very welcome but entirely optional. The venue is a converted barn in the countryside, so do bear in mind that there may be uneven ground between the car park and the entrance.

Can I bring a plus one?

Should your invitation include a guest, they will be named on your invitation. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes — Pim Hill Barn has complimentary parking on site.

Will there be transport provided?

We are not arranging group transport, so we would ask that guests kindly make their own arrangements. We recommend booking a local taxi well in advance — numbers can be found in the Travel & Stay section above.

Are children welcome?

We have taken the decision to keep the day as an adults-only affair, with the exception of babes in arms.

When should I RSVP by?

What happens if the weather is bad?

It is February in England — we are planning for all eventualities. The ceremony and celebrations take place entirely within the barn, so whatever the weather, we shall be warm and dry.
